Frankie, Hubert Noel is a humble, dedicated leader with more than 34 years’ experience
as a Seventh-day Adventist Minister of Religion. His wide range of experience
includes several evangelistic campaigns, Ministerial Secretary, director of
Stewardship and Trust Services, District Pastor and lecturer at the T. A.
Marryshow Community College in Grenada.
Frankie has
distinguished himself as an Evangelist, a director, a pastor and a lecturer.
Frankie
holds an under graduate degree in Theology and a Master’s of Arts degree in
Pastoral Theology. He is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration
and a PhD in Business Administration, with an emphasis in financial behaviour.
I was born on the beautiful, exotic island of Grenada strategically placed in the Southern Caribbean. Grenada is otherwise known as, “the Isle of Spice.” and “Pure Grenada.
Frankie’s Mission Statement is:
To inspire others to grow and blossom despite adverse circumstances and situations so that others can be encouraged to do the same.
This means that whatever the situation, circumstance or place you find yourself in; you will be determined to persevere to succeed.
John Maxwell said in his book Leading in Tough Times p. 3, 7 “Circumstance does not make the man; it reveals him to himself. In tough times the people we lead find out who we are, and we also find out what we’re made of.”
He further states that “Success comes to those who have an entire mountain of gold that they continually mine, not those who find one nugget and try to live on it for fifty years.”

I believe with my whole heart that I am fearfully and wonderfully made in the image and likeness of the almighty God (Psalm 139: 14) and that all people, race and colour scattered across the world are all God’s children.
VISION
To provide leadership that will empower others to develop faithfulness to God in various financial behaviours that will bring satisfaction, well-being and blessing to all.
Malachi 3: 10 the latter part ”God will throw open the flood gates of heaven and pour out so many blessings that there will not be room enough to store it.”
MISSION

- Helping the members of the Conference to manage finance effectively

- Training our Pastors to be strong in the areas of weaknesses, spiritual leadership, evangelism and management of finance, planning, budgeting and investing

Served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Grenada Conference several times and helped to guide the committee in decision making.

COLLABORATIONS:
Last three years during the Coronavirus lock down, I invested in three young
ladies who attended T. A Marryshow Community College. Their parents were
unable to purchase a computer that is so vital for college life. I purchased three
computers and gave them one each. I also paid school fees and examination fees.
EVALUATIONS:
Now they are very confident of themselves. They graduated from T. A Marryshow
Community College with associate degrees in Natural Science and A Levels
subjects in: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. They did their
community work at the St. George SDA Primary School and also attended the St.
George SDA Church anytime they are invited. They take part in the Pathfinder
Club and social activities like community clean up and cultural programs. Today
one attending the St. George University doing Pre-medical and the other two
working.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Will continue to invite them to church and study the Bible
with them and get them involved in community affairs.
